Artists

This convention promises to be a memorable one as we are fortunate to have arranged to have Danny Use, Europe’s most prestigious bonsai artist and owner of Gingko Bonsai Center, Europe’s largest bonsai nursery, in Laarne, Belgium as our headliner. He will be conducting several demos and workshops. Other artists include Steve Pilacik, owner of Matsu Momiji Bonsai Nursery, known as the American Pine Master, Dana Quattlebaum of Brussels Bonsai Nursery, and Matt Ouwinga, a talented new bonsai artist from Illinois. Also added to the slate of artists presenting are Andy Smith, owner of Golden Arrow Bonsai, who specializes in collected conifers, and David Kreutz, owner of Satsuki Bonsai-en and a certified expert on Satsuki Azaleas.
