We have 16 booth spaces available on a first come first served basis. A map of the vendor area and exhibition layout will be provided, including access to the parking lot at the rear of the hotel. Each vendor will receive one full registration, one banquet ticket, two tables and a business card size ad in the convention program. The cost of the vendor space will be $195.00. If you desire extra banquet tickets, they can be purchased for $50.00 each. Additional vendor tables are available for a fee of $70.00 per table. The hotel will not permit you to bring your own tables.
The convention program will be a 8.5” X 5.5” booklet which will include bonsai artist bios along with vendor and sponsor ads. If you desire larger ads in the program, we are selling a ½ page ad for $50.00, a full page ad for $100.00 and inside the front and back covers for $150.00. This fee can be mailed along with the vendor application.

There will be a judged bonsai exhibit with a cash prize for the top three places.This
event will be open to vendors and full convention registrants with a limit of two
bonsai per vendor and/or full convention registrant. We are charging a nominal fee
of $50 per bonsai. Cash prizes will be $1000 for first place, $300 for second place
and $200 for third place. There is no charge for the non-
